1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been executed between the following parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

• Buyer (Customer): The person who places an order on the website www.amitaibooking.com (“Website”).

2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered by the Buyer through the Website, including the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Payment and Delivery

• The Buyer agrees to pay the total order amount by the selected payment method.

• Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer.

• Shipping fees (if any) are paid by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

4. Right of Withdrawal

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

• In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing.

• Products must be returned in unused and undamaged condition.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Services that have already been performed with the Buyer’s approval.

• Personalized or customized products.

• Travel, accommodation, car rental, catering, or leisure services to be provided on a specific date or period.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be settled by the Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts.
